House Rules

Woodbridge Lodge is non-smoking in all our rooms.
Please ensure that gates/doors are always closed behind you.
BREAKFAST: is served from 7h00 till 9h00 in the dining-room on first the floor 7 days a week.
LAUNDRY: Laundry lists in pedestal drawer. Please place on top of laundry.
NOT available on weekends or public holidays.
HOUSEKEEPING: Please note only rooms vacated before 12 noon will be cleaned. Towels changed daily with linen change every 3rd day.
SECURITY: Safe available in every room for valuables
ON-SITE PARKING: Please ensure that car doors are locked at all times. Parking of vehicles on the property is entirely at your own risk.
TEA/COFFEE making facilities available on butler tray.
Guests may NOT utilize the dining area after breakfast.

IRON/IRONING BOARD: Available at the Reception.
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT: Use entirely at own risk.
CHECK OUT TIME: 11.00am on the day of departure.
LOST KEYS: Fee of R550 will be automatically charged for lost keys. Please hand in your keys personally at the reception on departure.
EXTRAS: Charges levied during stay e.g. laundry, internet etc to be settled on departure.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE/TAXI/TOUR Bookings can be done at reception for a pickup or drop (R300.00).
ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES: Please treat these as your own.
Guests are NOT allowed visitors in their rooms, We do have areas where guests can entertain visitors.
