As an ex Hotelier, I always find myself assessing all aspects of service & standards whenever I'm in a hospitality establishment. I highly recommend  'Woodbridge Lodge' in Cape Town. Not only is the Lodge in an ideal location (across the road from the beach, views of the world famous Table Mountain, a short drive into the City, etc...), the service standards and cleanliness of the lodge are impeccable. If you're in Cape Town and are looking for a place to stay that has a genuine 'home away from home' feeling, with a great location, then stay at  'Woodbridge Lodge'.

My wife and I stayed at Woodbridge Lodge overnight. We were upgraded to the executive suite which is absolutely stunning. Not only is the bedroom and bathroom well appointed and spacious but the executive suite has a separate dining room /lounge and a balcony. So perfect for tourists and corporate guests, who need a room to work. Staff are friendly and service is great and I would highly recommend Woodbridge Lodge.

The staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, kind and professional. Nothing was too much trouble; and that included all the staff, from the managers to the cleaners, gardeners, security people and the night shift. This is the second time we have stayed here and fully intend to return again and again.
I have no reason to criticize anything about Woodbridge Lodge as everything was great.

Friendly and comfortable
This is the second time we have stayed at Woodbridge Lodge and it didn't disappoint. Very convenient location for us and the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable and had all necessary facilities at a more than satisfactory standard. The cleaners did a great job every day and the breakfast (optional) was hearty and nutritious. Used the swimming pool most days and it was great, set in lovely gardens. We booked through Booking.com on this occasion but in future would deal directly with the accommodation providers because they can provide the personal touch and detail that the big firms can't.

The breakfast was quick, easy and amazing! The staff were really friendly and helpful.. always on standby to assist us.

The staff was friendly and professional and went out of their way to accommodate our requirements and make the stay for my daughter's wedding comfortable and memorable.

I have been a guest here for a few years whenever I come to Cape Town on business. I always request Woodbridge Lodge - the staff are friendly and helpful, the ladies make fantastic breakfasts and the rooms and service are excellent. I retire soon but if I ever come back to Cape Town I will definitely stay here again.

Things went very well, excellent accommodation and lovely breakfasts. Everybody was more than happy, including ourselves. Your staff, especially Moses and Isaac went out of their way to make it a pleasant stay for everyone.

The check in was effortless and Juan was a great help. All staff were more than willing to assist with all of our requests, and we can’t complain about anything.

Gentlemen bybthe front desk is so helpful and knowledgable. Place is clean and nice. Only the rooms are on the small end. But generally not complaining

Nice and quite lodge
Great place , suitable for kids as well and they enjoyed everything about it . I like the fact that the Lodge is situated in a quiet area and not far from the entertainment center and also that the Wifi doesn’t get interrupted during load shedding 😊

Ons het ons kuier baie geniet. Kamers was netjies en beddens op gemaak as ons teruggekom het na 'n uitstappie. Personeel was baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Sekuriteit ook baie betroubaar. Het net ongelukkig so nou en dan 'n reuk wat deur trek van die kanaal af wat effens onaangenaam is, maar die lodge was perfek.

The place was nice, relaxing and clean. Rooms were neat and spacious. Overall stay was nice and breakfast was enjoyable.

The place is a pleasant one cool and smart. Breakfast is good. The Management of the Lodge may need to consider providing meals for lunch and supper on demand basis. I slept in room 9 and I liked it because it faced the swimming pool and whenever I wanted to relax I would get out and sit by the pool. Otherwise Woodbridge is a place that I will recommend to someone going to Cape town for Holiday with family.

The host was welcoming and homely.

Woodbridge is perfect for the business traveler

Woodbridge Lodge is lekker sentraal en ons kon maklik by al ons besoekpunte uitkom. Die kamer was netjies met al die nodige geriewe en die bed was lekker groot en gemaklik. Ek het op 10 September verjaar en het 'n bottel wyn as geskenk vanaf die personeel ontvang, wat ek regtig waardeer het. Daar is baie ander geriewe om te gebruik soos' n pool tafel, swembad, bord speletjies, veerpyltjies en boeke om te lees. Daar is ook drie stylvolle sitkamers waarin jy kan sit en kuier. Woodbridge Lodge bedien ook ontbyte maar ons het ongelukkig nie hiervan gebruik gemaak nie aangesien ons buite afsprake gehad het. Die enigste frustrasie was die koue water in die badkamer wat deur loadshedding veroorsaak was. Verder het on heel lekker gebly.

The place is good and clean. Very friendly staff. What makes this lodge unique is the presence of the Chef the whole day and night, and to add you can order their pizza online and have your pizza delivered.

Alle gewensde geriewe beskikbaar. Ons het nie vir ontbyt gevra nie, maar dit het lekker geruik. Daar is selfs 'n pizza restaurant op die perseel.

Woodbridge Lodge is a wonderful place to stay! It is well situated - close to Milnerton beach, the golf course, shops and restaurants.  Our room had lovely views over the lagoon and Woodbridge Island. The room was super clean and their new Simmons beds extremely comfortable. Having Netflix was a great bonus! The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. All-in-all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back.

Lovely stay. Enjoyed the privacy. The reception upon arriving and leaving was super friendly. I didn't catch the lady at reception's name, but she was absolutely lovely.

The location is just great , near the beach and having their great breakfast on the balcony with Table Mountain View and fresh ocean breeze was awesome. It was my birthday and they set a lovely complimentary wine and flowers as a surprise.😍🤗
